We provide many kinds of extrusion blow mould steel for customers’ choice, such as 718, S45C, H13, AL7075 and BeCu;
To create a high quality, rapid cycle of extrusion molding mould, we need all steel combined to use, In general, we use 718 steel. The mouth and bottom kerfs of extrusion molding are adopted BeCu materials to quicken cooling time, and the mouth is adopted H13 steel;
4. Treatment
We do sandblasting and corroding on the mould surface according to customer's sample or design after polishing; for the upper kerfs of extrusion blow mould is adopted quenching process to reach the hardness of HRC55.
5. Processing
The mould is completed by high-speed processing center and mould is one-time processing and with high precision.
